SAGE is the country’s largest and oldest organization dedicated to improving the lives of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) older adults. Their mission is to lead in addressing issues related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) aging.

The LGBT Aging Project is the premier statewide organization for LGBTQ elders in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts

Recovery Village LGBTQ

Every city and town in Massachusetts has a Council on Aging, sometimes with their own building, sometimes just an office at Town Hall. Larger communities have the ability to provide transportation to doctor’s appointments, supermarkets and other destinations. Contact your local COA for details on programs and services offered.
